There is a Caribbean vibe with a maritime setting that’s ideal for sunny days. Its location on Albert I-promenade is ideal for families and friends to relax and enjoy the views. Their cocktails and tapas menu are great for lunch or dinner and give you a little of what you fancy. They often have events like live music and DJs; keep an eye on their social media for more.
Bondi Beach Bar
Are you missing the sunshine and good vibes of Australia this summer? Bondi Beach brings a touch of down under to Ostend in Bondi Beach Club with a focus on food, drinks and music. You’ll find them on the beach near Casino Oostende and if you don’t see them, you’ll hear the music calling you! They have a good selection of food and drink with reasonable prices. The beach bar is open from the Easter holidays until mid-September, depending on weather conditions.
Blue Buddha Beach Club
Blue Buddha Beach is a hip place for young and old and an ideal place to spend a warm day in Ostend. There is friendly, unfussy atmosphere in this beach club which is good for families and friends. You can lounge, relax and enjoy some delicious tapas with your feet in the sand listening to music. On the terrace, enjoy panoramic views of the beach and sea, perfect for a romantic sunset. For the children, there is a large playground and for the parents, they have a large pétanque square that’s great for friendly competition. Marie-K Beach is the most child-friendly beach bar in Ostend. Its stylish bar and lounge has a beanbag corner, ideal for sulking teens or for children catching up with their devices or sitting out of the sun. They have a first aid post, excellent sanitary facilities, and a temporary terrace on the beach of Ostend. During the summer months, you can enjoy sports activities and events.
